Is There Any Downtime Related to this Treatment?

     

After your treatment you'll be able to return to work and your normal activities. However, you should avoid sun exposure for six weeks which can cause skin discoloration after treatment.

How Do I Prepare for My Appointment?

     

Do not wax, tweeze, or pluck for six weeks prior to your appointment.  You must avoid tanning and sun exposure for six weeks before and after to prevent skin discoloration.  You must shave within 24 hours of your appointment. Our providers will not be able to perform the procedure if the hair has not been shaved. Longer hairs increase the risk of burns and pain.
